A great experience for a trip to Cripple Creek. It was such a treat to take a safe, round trip ride up the mountain where you sit higher and can take in the beautiful views on the bus ride to cripple creek. The bus was there as we pulled up at 3:26pm for the 3:30pm departure. I purchased the tickets in the car and as we were getting on the bus- that's how simple it was using the online tickets. We left on time. The return trip was simple as well. The schedule is conveniently posted on the website so you can decide from the slot machine, poker table or train ride, which time you want to leave from the many options offered. And if you're winning? Another bus will be around soon, so relax and enjoy. The drivers were friendly, safe and even courteous to safely allow other vehicles to pass us. The buses are clean, comfort was about an 8ish out of 10. Views are incredible- you see more cause you sit so much higher. This alone was worth the ride! Just do it. It's worth it.

My first trip from Pueblo to Cripple Creek on 1/25/24, and I would do it again. On the way up our driver was so familiar with Colorado and was like a tour guide. Very friendly, pleasant and her driving skills were great. On the way back we hit a huge snowstorm and our driver was amazing driving through the snow storm and getting us back to Pueblo safely.

Excellent service! I chartered them for a corporate event and I am out of state. I was nervous but their service made me feel comfortable they’d be there on time and deliver as promised. My only regret is I can’t hire them for a local event.

Its was a great bus ride to Cripple Creek! Slept part of the way. Bus was comfortable and clean. Our driver was courteous and a good driver. I bought tickets online, had them on my phone. Check on was super easy. Will definitely use them again!

Horrible. Just horrible. Completely incapable of communicating with customers. Bus's are always late. Employees Carry extra attitude just in case you need some. This company must hire the rejects from fast food. Waste of money and time. They would get zero stars but you have to at least give one. They deserve negative 3!
