Although this has a look of a motel, it surely isn't one. The rooms are nice and spacious. The bathrooms are small and are missing the exhaust. So we have to wait for some time after one visits it. The breakfast is the same everyday and becomes boring when you start here for more than a day. The restaurant service is good although the menu is small. But the food prepared is fresh and tasty. Overall a good place to stay with family.
We arrived after midnight, I stepped off the jet bridge at 12:16am and immediately called the front desk to see if a shuttle could come for us. The driver arrived right as we were walking up to the pickup spot and he was so sweet! We were checked in and into our room by 12:45 and slept very well. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit bare but good. The little convenience store inside the hotel was just what we needed to get a pack of sodas for our cruise, and the pricing wasn't outrageous. I would definitely stay here again.
It was ok. You definitely get what you pay for with this place. But it serves the purpose for a cheap place to stay for the night before your cruise. The staff was helpful but just not very personable. The room was clean but you can tell it could use a few more updates to it. The free breakfast and shuttle were pluses.
5 star for a budget motel. Free airport and cruise port shuttle! Good pricing and friendly staff. Basic but good breakfast (probably the best scrambled eggs and sausage we've had at a continental breakfast). Comfortable beds and sheets. The pool water was a bit green but I'll give them a pass since it was after a huge storm and flooding. Good water pressure in the shower. I'd have given 4 stars if so many others had not given inappropriately low ratings, in the end you get what you pay for and I have no complaints worth mentioning.
This hotel , number one offered both airport pick up and shuttle service to the cruise port. A BIG p[us Sure, this is not the most modern hotel in the area but the room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant down the street at the marina was very good with New Orleans style cooking. Breakfast could be better. It was great for what we needed. If you want more and better go somewhere near the beach for 3 times more
