Service at the bar was excellent. Loved the whiskey flights and the wings. Top notch. Brook was awesome and very friendly. Room good but shower drain was a bit plugged. Other than that, would have been a 5 ⭐️
Right across the street from the airport. Has a free shuttle enen though you can walk across the street. Could use a handicap ramp on the sidewalk. Front desk constantly kept us up to date on room availability as they were booked and we needed additional nights. Good Experience
Ann at the front desk is phenomenal and so accommodating. Hubs & I had to do a very fast trip to SEA, and when we landed at 12a we needed a hotel. Showed up to the desk, and Ann was a welcome face and was happy to get us up into bed to sleep!! Thank you Ann 🥳🥳
We have stayed at this hotel at least six times previously. Suddenly they change the parking policy to $30 a night without telling us at booking. Got up to our room and could not get into our room. We go back down and they tell us to not have our key near devices. So we try it again and it still didn’t work. So we called down to the desk and they tell us our room number. It was different than what was written on our key and paperwork. So we finally got to the correct room which wasn’t given to us and was able to get in. We would’ve arranged other parking if we knew our one night stay wouldn’t be free like it usually was. We will never be back to this hotel. The staff was rude And talked badly about the new owners and obviously do not like the new owners which I agree with their opinions. Even though they were still rude.
I cancelled my reservation a month in advance, and the hotel still charged me. The lady I spoke to on the phone who worked at the hotel was so incompetent that she read the hotel phone number back to me for my call back number. They left me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I gave up and just disputed the charge with my bank. Hot mess.
