I called the store at 1:39 on 11/28. I asked the person who answered the phone if they had a product and they confirmed that they did. I said I was on my way and drove over 15 miles to come here and arrived at 1:56. I noticed they had a sign saying winter hours closing at 2. I figured I could rush in and out as they confirmed what they had and had a few minutes until close. The door was locked and there were multiple people outside. Apparently they think their hours are not what they post but a suggestion. I called the store and got the same clerk who then said they were closing before 2 and that they were sorry. They are the only real electronics store in star valley but if you can't rely on them to follow their posted hours, how can you shop there?

I wasn't here I was at the grocery store but at 5:59 a customer was trying to get in and it was already closed up tight. He looked very distressed and if they close at 6 someone should have been there to let him in. Not cool for a small town with little options 👎
