As a customer for over 1 yr, I have purchased 100's of dollars from this company. In most cases the deals were nice and had minimum issue. I will no longer purchase from this company and recommend others to be aware of their awful management and customer service. On Monday, I made a purchase with credit card on file. On Tuesday, I called to purchase and was told to call the office. At 5:54 I picked up 2 voicemails that mentioned a $5 order cancellation fee was added to my account. My issue is the integrity of this company. At no time was I informed of a cancellation fee. When I called the office I was told the policy is listed on their wall. As a mail-order customer I have never been to their facility. The office manage did not like me debating the $5 cancellation fee and hung up on me three times. (no bad language was exchanged). I called the order line and they refused to give me the number to a manager. This company lost a customer due to poor values and their lack of supporting customer complaints in a professional manner. In addition, ethical companies will provide written or verbal policy charges to customers.

Beware if they call your business. I never received a contract to sign, I never received any follow up calls regarding the advertising they wanted to swap for offering our service as a promo on their multiple radio stations. I did receive a call from someone claiming to have paid $99 for our service. Yes, these people sell services that they do not own and I assume expect the business to honor it because they feel sorry for the buyer. No contract with the business. No returned emails or correspondence. Complete scam. Beware.

Bought a window tint for my daughters car. Called to make an appointment and was told that it would not be honored because radio shopping show had not paid them. Called to get a refund and was told I could only get credit. I informed them I don’t want a credit, I want my money back. I bought a service that I want and its not being honored through no fault of my own. I’m even a VIP member wooohooo (that program is a joke in itself), so I informed them they can either refund my money, I can dispute the charge with my credit card company, or we can go to small claims court....her call. After I was told by the representative I was threatening them, which, I don’t know how you get a threatening statement out of what I said, she said be there within an hour to pick up a refund. All of this took several phone calls and a lot more drama for some reason. This wasn’t the first time this happened with this company so shame on me. My advice..always pay with credit card if you do business with RSS so you have some recourse.I feel if I had just paid with cash I would just give up and be out 60.00. My guess...this is why the cash price is always better than the credit price...it’s easier for them to screw you over that way. BE CAUTIOUS! If I could give zero stars....I would.

I've gotten one or two good deals from here before but I've gotten some shady deals as well, they don't disclose all the info until you pay for your deal. Then I had to cancel an order due to schedule issues, I couldn't pick up by 5pm and called at 2pm to cancel so to insure they still had time to sell to someone else.... Office tried to say it will be a $5 cancellation fee... I don't think so! You're not going to charge me for services never rendered and a cancellation of a very easily resellable item.... Super shady, I will not do business with them again! I advise you not to either!

I use the Radio Shopping Show very often and have gotten great deals. One certificate would not be honored by the place and they exchanged it no problem. I will continue to use them and know that there are tips or mandatory fees associated with some certificates but the deals are still great.
