My go to place to get a soda and snacks. Justin was kind enough to help me with putting air in my tires this morning. Shay and the rest of the staff is friendly, outgoing, professional and kind. Way better customer service than a McDonald’s hands down.
As an individual who travels a lot for work I am a fan and loyal customer of the Racetrac. However, at this location, there seems to be one individual with a terrible attitude towards customers every single time I stop into this location. It would seem it's mainly preparation of food and she may be ill equipped to deal with customers hence the duties of her job, but never the less it steers people in the opposite direction having to deal with this level of customer service and unprofessionalism. Understandably life is full of frustrations and dealing with individuals of all walks of life can certainly be challenging but we would all do better to understand that a little bit of kindness can go quite a long way.
I avoid this place and area. I’ve been stopping in for years buying, food, drinks, fuel, lottery, and they bust my balls over a cup of ice? They enjoy bullying their customers and cannot keep the place clean.
At RaceTrac gas prices are always below state average, the cleanliness of the fuel court and the well organized shelves to the fullest of options makes you as a guest to come back again and again...and there's a A+ Customer Service that makes you feel even more comfortable and special...I am glad to be a Co Manager at RaceTrac!. I love this place!!!
