The technician is always polite, swift, prompt, and goes out of her way to fit in the walk-ins without impacting the appointments. She is a highly phlebotomist whose skills makes the process literally painless. Plus, it's always lovely to see the her grandchildren's joyful drawings hanging on the walls. It makes the process feel less clinical and more comfortable.

I walked in and the phlebotomist stated I’m closed for lunch I just forgot to flip the stupid sign. No greeting nothing. I’m totally fine with you closing for lunch but a modicum of customer service would be nice. Will not go back.
