I would like to Thank the manager of Quality Inn Ahnia who was a blessing in disguise for us, when one of the premier international airways has left us hanging dry, where the motel they have booked us (because they have made us miss the connecting flight) were already full and we had no where to go with 3 kids. She drove us personally to a different motel, made sure our luggage is taken care of, so that we have that minimum 5 hours of rest. This makes there and her service really top notch, 10/10. Thank you for everything. Help in critical times usually comes from strangers as they are God sent - Thanks Again!
We stayed here for one night, spur of the moment, since we landed at this airport 10 hours before our travel companions. I redeemed some Southwest Rapid Rewards points and it was worth it. Clean, basic, great front desk service, quick shuttle, hot shower.
Horribly out-dated and dingy. Filthy hallways... the room was slightly better. Teeny, tiny pillows and thin, scratchy blankets. Parking lot surrounded by chain link fencing worthy of a prison yard didn't make us feel safe... just the opposite, so we unloaded the entire car. The only thing good about this place was it's proximity to the airport.
This review is for the airport parking service, which they offer separately from the hotel. I did not stay at the hotel. It took an hour for the shuttle to get me back to the lot when it should have taken no more than 30 minutes according to what I was told by the operators based on my arrival and the schedule. My lot was apparently so physically close I could have possibly walked there faster. Any other service would take no more than 10-15 minutes to arrive. Once the shuttle finally picked me up and drove 1/4 of the way, the driver actually turned around back to the airport to pick someone else up! This added another 10 minutes at least. The driver also wanted to argue about the location I was parked. The car smelled like his food. It was completely moronic.
First time here booked on park and fly website..as we needed a weeks parking and a room for an early flight the next day!! Hotel is dated somewhat and in need of minor cosmetic repairs ..but the beds and pillows are really comfortable and the shower has a lot of pressure which was nice. Toiletries provided..great shuttle to SeaTac and front desk staff were wonderful 😊 Hot breakfast was decent, scrambled eggs and sausage, bagels, juice and hot drinks and make your own fresh waffles!! I will stay again ... Note: long term parking is a 3 minute drive away, follow shuttle and they'll take you back.
