I had to make an unexpected stop on a road trip. The lady at the counter was very friendly and understanding. Price was reasonable and lower than some nearby places. They allow pets which is awesome. There is a donut shop on the property! The room was really nice, I wished I could have stayed to enjoy it longer.
For the price it's prob the best in ada. Beats America's best value by a long shot and the economy inn and budget inn don't even hold a candle to this place. Id recommend and enjoyed the stay. Service here is also top notch. Ladies that worked up front were very friendly professional and helpful.
Tried to rent a room the guy who answered the phone didn't know if he could wave the $100 deposited which other hotels do. Then didn't know when the person would be back that does know. Maybe train your people too know if your gonna leave them unattended to take room requests. Surprised the rooms are even clean seeing how if the desk clerk doesn't know anything wondering the maids know how to clean.
The rooms are extremely outdated but that was fine. They are clean. We have stayed in the same room for 3 years now every weekend for a girls trip. The pool was not always heated and by day 3 it was smelly every year. The staff up till this year was great!! Super friendly and treated us well. I book this room months in advance every year. This year I called to check my reservation like I do every few months and while they have it-they are not going to honor it!! It’s for Feb 9-11 as I called Jan 6. Over a month in advance They have a week to week guest staying there and do not want to ask them to leave for 2 night to honor our reservation we made in June!! The GM refuses to call me. I worked in hotel management and when guest check in long term they are told any reservations that room has. This is a unique room I am upset this would happen. Beyond that, the rooms smell of weed and cigarettes bad!! There are always shady people lurking around and drug deals happening all over the property. We have never felt unsafe and always enjoyed staying there for the room with the pool which is unique but overall there are much better options I do not Recommended any longer due to poor customer service. A reservation IS a legal contract and they are fine not honoring it
Terrible!! Took my money!! I reserved a room on a Thursday evening for a Saturday check in. Plans for me changed by Friday morning. I called that Friday morning at 0600, well before my 24 hour check in. I tried to cancel and told me I couldn’t. I stayed on the line after requesting to speak to supervision and was on hold for over an hour before I gave up. They still charged me for the room. I will never do business with them and will stay elsewhere when I go to ADA!! Terrible biz. And will let all of my folks to do the same.
