We were heading over to the BBQ place next to it when a very friendly and nice lady asked if we wanted to try the chip with chicken dip samples she had... something like that. Anyway, it tasted great so I went here. I have never ordered/ate Qdoba before. Boy, was I glad I ate here. (The other person went to the BBQ place next door and paid more for less food compared to me!) The same lady made suggestions, and I went with it. The man who made my made-ro-order food was very nice as we all three made light conversations as he made my nachos. The ingredients were fresh. The chicken nachos was DELICIOUS! For airport food, the cost was very reasonable. I had the chips on the side so it wouldn't be soggy. I will definitely return here when in the area and look for other locations. GREAT first experience. The staff, including the nice young lady cashier. GREAT customer service.

I ordered a breakfast burrito at the Qdoba in terminal A. The sanitation was not up to par. The gentlemen, while polite, wiped down the counter with his gloved hands and then went to prepare my food directly after. I had to ask for him to replace his gloves. Additionally all of the food was cold. I ordered at 5:40 am so I don’t think the food should have been ice cold. It just wasn’t the best experience. I would recommend other options within the airport.

Never acknowledged at front. Handicapped. Restaurant not accessible. Called. Asked if self seating or hostess. He promptly hung up on me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called back two more times which were answered & hung up. Manager not willing to perform managerial duties such as ensure patrons are welcomed & able to even move forward more than 4 feet. I did ask the bartender to ask the manager to come outside. Instead of exemplary customer service I was instead spoken to in a manner that instead implied I was not welcome. Passive aggressive. Not customer centered. Customer service was as expected, modeled after McDonald's. My business was not desired obvious by the mannerisms towards me and her bar of males. Structure and consistency was biased. On 6/13/24, the bartender on duty would benefit greatly from sensitivity training along with customer service skills training. Rolling your eyes & smirking at the only female wanting to be served shows ignorance of how to treat a quest. I promptly left and proceeded to have conversations with some that were on my cancelled flight. Most agreed and used the word 'attitude'. I do hope she is able to graduate college soon and begin a career with no responsibility towards external customers. I am unsure of internal customers skills as I only had the pleasure of seeing & speaking with one that did not represent the entity well. As for customer retention, even restaurants located at airports can benefit from a huge pool of 'regulars'.

Friendly and helpful staff made a fantastic burrito. It's a build your own, buffet style burrito shop. Airport food is usually expensive, but the large portion is reasonable for $15. There was no line, and they made the tasty burrito quickly.

If I could I can give 0 starts. T I love Qdoba but the customer service there is makes me hate buying for terminal A. They always have attitude. I was give bowl with no lid and and I asked for salsas she signed and don’t wanna give it to me made me wait until she rang up the other customers. VERY RUDE PEOPLE. If you have issue don’t bring it to work.
