The food is really good and the burritos are packed. I wish their bowls were more like that. On the off occasions I get a bowl, I'll be lucky if it's 2/3 full. I also gravitate to the burrito meal deal which includes a cookie, chips and salsa. There have been multiple times where the chips weren't in the bag. Though these are more negative observations, I will say that I have never had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for my food to be ready.

The staff used to be very kind and courteous at this location. On the night of 08/30/20, I realized the customer oriented environment no longer existed. The staff were aloof and had this look of dread on their faces. The Qdoba Rewards phone application was having issues and I asked the cashier and the supervisor if there had been any reported problems with the application. They rudely responded to me and acted as if were my fault because of my phone. I will not frequent this location any longer until the customer service experience changes.

Food is great!! Love queso!! But tell me why every time I come i have to wait for them to finish online orders??? I'm standing here wait on no one in line but still have to wait for you to ask me what I want. I get it but shouldn't you take care of the person that is in front of you. This is every time no matter what time of day. Staff is not nice at all it's like they hate their job.

Brown guacamole (unacceptable when it's $3 for a side with chips), quesadilla had dry meat, little cheese, and the tortilla was dry and crunchy in spots. Soft taco shells were more like crunchy. Requested extra limes, didn't get any. Burrito bowl thrown together with missing ingredients. The whole meal was honestly nasty. Terrible experience that we will not be repeating at a Qdoba anytime soon.

Man The first time I ever ordered through Door dash for this location and everything was accurate I ordered nachos I didn’t ask for the chips to be on the side but they were which made it really awesome I had a crunch to every bite instead of soggy mess mom everything else was accurate thank you so much I will order directly through the app to get my rewards and hope you guys have a great day continue doing awesomeness
