I was greeted upon entering with a smile and a cheerful hello. This immediately made me excited to get to the counter to order. Jacob was very helpful, I even asked for extra veggies, offered to charge me extra if need be ( which he declined) 😁 He sold us on chips and guacamole to go with our entrees. I didn't even know qdoba had brownies until her asked us if we wanted to get one of those too!! Thank you Jacob for such excellent service! It was very refreshing to have excellent customer service, it is a rare thing these days.

Bought chips and queso and this is how many chips she gave. Seriously maybe a handful. We actually come in a lot and unfortunately it happens a lot. It’s the same worker every time she’s very unpleasant and stingy. We spend typically about $100 a week there, so it gets irritating

I usually stop into this qdoba about twice a week, tonight I had messed up when giving my order and just asked for hot sauce, instead of the hottest sauce! The guy working behind the counter was super understanding and remade it for me on the spot no questions asked even though I felt bad! Awesome customer service, and awesome place ! Shout out to the swole guy who helped me, I think his name was Jadon!
