When will this false advertising stop? This parking lot is neither secure nor closed, the exit door is open to all winds, broken down for weeks. We wonder what surveillance cameras are for. Cars are regularly vandalized there and Qpark washes its hands of it. The upper floors are used for skateboarding and various traffic. The places are dirty, the graphitis present for months has not been removed. Is there even a management team to control the general appearance of the parking lot? It is characterized by a total absence of maintenance, cans and boxes in the plants, dead plants, weeds. On the other hand, Qpark does not forget to review its rents every year, + 10% in 4 years, this is much more than inflation for an increasingly mediocre service. All these photos are time stamped and recent. I have other older ones available which show that the situation has not changed.
The building is architecturally pleasant, very flowery in summer but the parking is not secure
Covered parking yes, but not at all secure because open to all winds: door blocked open, elevator broken. It gives an impression of abandonment... €4.80 for the night
blocked for 1 hour in the parking lot, more than fifty cars blocked because the exit terminal was not working!!
