Worst Publix I’ve ever shopped at. My office is close by and I usually order a sub weekly. It’s usually late from the promised time and I have to ask for it but today took the cake. I waited and waited while walk up customers that didn’t order ahead came and went after waiting in line. When they finally brought the sandwich is was only a half but I ordered a whole. The worst part was the lady behind the counters attitude. I was polite and understanding as always but not an apology, or even a response when I thanked her. She argued with me that it was supposed to be a half when “Whole” was printed directly on it. Then walked away without responding when I point it out. Truly a horrible experience when I wasn’t expecting much given my past experiences.
