I am a prescriber. Four days ago I called in a new Rx for a patient and was SO impressed. My call was answered promptly. The pharmacist was helpful, efficient and courteous. She was knowledgeable, and took a bit of extra time to check pricing of generic vs non-generic, which saved my patient about $110. I rarely write reviews, but this was in such contrast to some other recent experiences with other pharmacies (phone tree, wait on the phone for 15 minutes, get cut off...) that I feel obligated to acknowledge and praise it.

Sorry to give just one star. My first experience with this location was positive so I switched my business there. Ever since then the service has been disappointing. I hear a lot: "your prescription hasn't come in yet." Or "the truck didn't come yet today." They switched one prescription to a bubble pack, without asking, which is a hassle. The grocery store is great but I'm moving my pharmacy business.

Pharmacist was aggressive and rude while defending his drugs and trying to persuade me to take them when I already said more than once that I’m not going to take them because of the side effects. I asked about side effects when I picked up the medications and was told there were none and I paid a lot of money for them. I had called to ask about a return or refund after reading all the very common side effects and interactions. The pharmacist was arguing with me that they’re only possible side effects and I’m not ok with a pharmacist arguing with me trying to tell me to take the drugs. Why argue? Why so defensive? No means no. I said no many times and never did get a response to wether or not I could get a refund on them just arguing and defending. Not ok.

First i Have To Say I Was Filling My prescription there a few Times before i Met The Pharmacist . getting the Good RX Discount . but the Day I Met Him, He Immediately Profiled me, gave Me A Nasty Look, started conplaining that He Didmt Know Who gave me the Coupon, "No Good RX For Narcotics" then I had 2 different benzos. One was At Walgreens. Not thinking it mattered i tried to refill one a few days after i had gotten the other. Ok no big deal. He explained i can get one or the other. Not both at same Time. A few months later when the other Ran Out He Denied me Refill . Tried To Say i Shouldnt have refilled other. Never Called Doctor. Wrote Some Messed Up things in my File. I Was Unable To Fill My Pain Meds, ended up in Emergency Room. The Pharmacist there Is A Conplete A$****€.and i Calmly called him that at least 3 times. Calmly. I Hope He Gets Suspended . I Suffered Greatly from Having A Bad Day And Veing Profiled. Discriminated. By a Power Hungry Pharmacist . the Other Pharmacist From Walgreens Trying to Transfer my Refill even Commented to me whats i do to piss him off. That He Really Couldnt Do What He did.

I ordered a sandwich and the person making the sandwich did not change her gloves. I should have asked her to change them; however, I shouldn't have to that should be automatic. I let her make my sandwich and I was trying to convince myself it was ok. But I decided not to buy the sandwich as my ocd anxiety started to kick in.
