I had been with this public storage for over two years, the entire time Jason the manager of this property has been incredibly kind and helpful to me. He went out of his way to go out and confirm that my large unit was cleared out by the company I hired properly to help me feel better and secure knowing I wouldn’t be charged another month’s rent.

UPDATE: Public Storage notified me that they went up $48.00 on my unit. Looking at other Storage facilities and seeing better options for larger units. The 5 star review is strictly for Jason the manager. I have rented at this facility for 12 years. Jason has always been professional, kind, patient, personable and very knowledgeable. He goes the EXTRA mile! His customer service skills are spot on even with individuals in various scenarios. I wish he would come to work at my property management company. Jason is an asset!! Since Public Storage has taken over not happy about 1 of the payment options I have been used to for the past 12 years has been removed. It's made it a bit inconvenient for me!! Again Jason ROCKS!!

I got scammed out of $80 I will never use public storage again No one to reach out to on weekends for help Not to mention another $44 for my U-Haul ! Either you have what I need or you don’t Don’t take customers money and say this is all we have !
