Fotoula at ProSource of Ann Arbor did a great job helping us pick out a new hardwood floor for our remodel project. They were fast efficient and affordable and the floors look incredible!

I have had great experiences before and came highly referred recently again. I was the only customer and found the service helpful, but felt distant. After being shown 2 areas of interest and left to look at better, I was in the warehouse 20min total when the lady came and was rude in how she handled me not wearing a mask...which was how I came in from the beginning.. The customer service lacks professional, quality service and manners. I can find more friendly service from a cashier working with a lot of people all day in comparison. Just really disappointed and turned off by the whole experience.

Not the most friendly or receptive place in the world. Had a wide selection of vinyl and laminate flooring but we were kind of left on our own to look. Would have appreciated rep asking more questions about what we were looking for and making recommendations other than just leading us to a huge variety of prices and styles and letting us discover on our own.

Here's a fun little story about customer service (or lack thereof) during unprecedented times: -Nice family planning a cross country move and renovating their new house before arriving on 8/1. -Homeowner's contractor places order for $40K of cabinets and other materials in April. -ProSource confirms order and planned June delivery date. -June comes around and contractor checks on delivery date -Surprise! Pro Source employee never placed the order! -After discovering their employee's negligence, Pro Source is non-communicative with contractor. So the chase begins. -Weeks later, Pro Source will not commit to a delivery timeframe. -Nice family will need to spend 4-6 weeks (at the low end) without a kitchen in their new house. -Negligent Pro Source employee says she needs to "confirm pricing" before "re-ordering". -No discounts have been offered. No commitments to expedite and do everything possible to correct their errors. -Homeowner coming to conclusion that the "Pro" in "ProSource" refers to Pro Source's customers, who are professional contractors. It clearly doesn't refer to the company itself because a professional company takes responsibility for their errors and moves heaven and earth to make things right. -ProSource: "Meh" Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they still have the opportunity to make it right. I'll follow up if they do...or don't.

The designer, Mike is extremely knowledgeable. He has wonderful designs, great suggestions, and really knows how to work with customers. If you want top notch customer service, he's the best,!
