I had a friend who needed a car to get home for family emergency. He had been to budget at the airport with their new major credit card rules we couldn’t serve him. Now keep in mind it’s 10pm. Budget told him they had a car for him and we get there and they turns him away. So what is he going to do? Now it’s 11:30pm on a Saturday night. I remembered the manager a Prestige Rental Car and I took a chance and text the manager at midnight and she did a special appointment at 6am Sunday morning to help him. Now thats great service and going above and beyond. Now this is the only place my family and I use ti assist us with our rental car needs. Thumbs up to Prestige Rental Car.
Worst rental business in Charlotte! If I could give this place no stars I would. The owner is rude and unprofessional. The cars are worn down and OVER a hundred thousand miles. The outside of the establishment (if you really want to call it an establishment) is filled with cars that has busted windows. I attempted to return the car after only renting it for 30 minutes, and that was just to turn back around and the darn place closed EARLY with no notice they even tried to lie and say they were open until I had receipts. Tried to call the so call after hours phone line they claim they have but no one answered CALLED TWENTY TIMES!!!! There is no AFTER HOURS LINE. The owner then took a full day of my money and tried to take more. I am almost certain 99.9 percent of these so called reviews are fake or related to the owner. Take my advice and look at the bad ones!! It’s all true! Do not spend your money here, better off riding your bike!
I was very very please with the services that I received from 5 star rental. Crystal is the sweetest person ever, very professional and effectively communicated the rental process to me. The owner Omera, was very professional, polite, informative, business-minded and . I was very happy to support this establishment and will continue to do so!! I rented a van for the holidays and it was great on gas, clean and very nice and roomy. If you are in search of a rental care services, please check them out!
Do not use this company! They rented me a car for 2 weeks. After breaking down on day 2, they had only one replacement car available, which was not comparable. They refused to refund the remaining portion, and told my husband to come fight them!!! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. These people are scam artists and should not be in business! Buyer beware....
