Management was freaking horrible!!!! I've never seen a lazier manager in my life!! They never seem to do their job and only seem to show up when it's convenient!! I feel bad for all the workers there that have to do everything!!! The best worker there is cam! She's always there to help out and goes beyond expectations ! Give that girl a raise. !

If you want to have a company that takes zero accountability for their actions then allow P&P to valet your car. On August 20th, 2022 they valet parked my car at Acre. For some unknown reason my passenger front window was left down. If anyone remembers that night it thunderstormed from 6:30pm until 9pm, the entire time my wife and were at dinner. When we got back to our car the entire inside of the car was drenched and full of water. The kids working the valet stand had nothing to say other than “sorry”. I was then put into contact with an “owner” of the company, Jayson Bolnick. He has been the most unhelpful and dismissive person during this entire situation. He claims to have handed my information off to someone within the company that can help and has more time to devote toward a solution, I find out a week later that he hasn’t. He finally reaches out to me 9/8/22 saying he’s sorry for the lack of communication and says “I will get it paid.” I send him estimates for the repairs and get told by Jayson “I don’t have the authority to handle this.” He’s very inconsistent and seems to be hindering the claim more than assisting it. When I go back to any of these restaurants I’ll be leery of letting the valet park my vehicle. Knowing that if an issue were to arise I’d be stuck trying to get it fixed for a while.
