Delicious food! We had a group of 29 order ahead. Our food was ready and waiting for us (ordered to go) with utensils and napkins already provided. The meal boxes were a great size. I had the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, which was delicious and had a very slight spice to it. I was skeptical about the oat chocolate chip cookies, but they were also delicious. Highly recommend!
Except for the Mediterranean, sandwiches are really good. The spice level of the Mediterranean will ruin your mouth for the rest of the day, unless you enjoy your mouth absolutely on fire, I would suggest saving your taste buds from death and order something else. The turkey sandwich was excellent.
The sandwiches were good, but I had a bit of turkey that had a weird texture and was inedible. The sandwiches also got a little burnt in the toaster. Main complaint is that it is very understaffed, so when the group in front of us order a bunch of milkshakes, it took 20+ minutes to finally pay and eat.
So I rarely post bad reviews but here's one. We wanted to try their sandwiches and 3 of their meat sandwiches are labelled as having the possibility to make them vegetarian, so we decided to order them, and the worker was confused and couldn't understand what we wanted. I had to explain to him several times and even point on the big board that it's written that these sandwiches have vegetarian options. He still didn't understand and another person came in, and told him to maybe put mushrooms "or something" inside to make it vegetarian. It got a lot weirder when they started laughing between each other right in front of us, about our choices, and the guys started discussing our decision as if we are some idiots who live in our own bubble, while the truth is we simply wanted what was offered by the restaurant. We felt extremely uncomfortable by this behaviour, and on top of that we had to tell the worker to remove the meat from the second sandwich because it seems like he doesn't understand what he's supposed to be doing and what he's told to do... So eventually we received our sandwiches, probably they were not supposed to be made the way they were made, which is fine, they were tasty, but employees mocking us for choosing what's on their menu, and us politely trying to explain to them what's written and what they should be doing made me regret my decision for buying there. We are not fussy eaters and we're very polite so we expect at least a human behavior from the other side but we didn't receive it there
Isn't there a manager supervising the employees here? People here work very slowly. And they are unhappy, I guess they don't want to work. . Restaurant staff make customers wait for 30 minutes. I will never go there again
