Highly efficient Potbelly location. Was in a long line and got through it in probably less than 10 minutes. I’ve worked at a Potbelly before and we were pretty efficient but definitely not this efficient. Food was great. Good ingredients, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Sandwich was warm and tasty. Great job Potbelly crew!

A pretty good spot located inside the terminal D of the Washington Dulles Airport, with some nice variety of sandwiches to pick from. Today while having a layover at Dulles, I went there to grab something quickly. And I had a sandwich called Pizza Melt and it was a good call. Tasted good, a bit hot but ok 👍🏻.

Ordered online and went to pick up. Was ready quickly. All of my sandwich add requests were not done and the avocado was black. Had a few bites and tossed it. Was on a plane too late to return. Check your order before walking away. Garbage.

Ordered a chicken club sandwich and walked to the seats by the gate to eat it. When I opened it up the bread was all smashed up to one side and all the toppings was out on the paper. There is no way that the person that made the sandwich didn't realize that the sandwich was all messed up. Took it back to replace it and they all had a smirk on their face and asked if you want us to fix the sandwich. I asked for the refund which the guy supposedly ran it and gave me a receipt. Once I walked away I saw he refunded the sandwich but not the tip. They need to hire better people and not kids to work there.
