Nice, orderly store with clean restrooms and a good selection for the size. There is a bakery/deli and a floral display, but no pharmacy. Plenty of cashiers, plus a self-checkout.
Just recently opened so everything is fresh and new. Prices seem higher here than in other locations but that is to be expected because of higher transportation costs. It's great to have this store in Alpine.
I have been shopping at Porters for the past 2 weeks now and I enjoy shopping there! It’s a very clean and well organized store! The prices on food is very reasonable and love their selection! And the bakery area has a lot to choose from! So anyway, I have became a regular shopper at that store and will continue to do so!
Excellent grocery store, nicely organized and maintained. Great selection. Scenic location in the jumping off spot before Big Bend. A great place to stock up. Prices are no higher than expected and less than closer to the park.
This Porter's finally opened back up after undergoing renovations. Prices are sky high. It's way too expensive, but it's the only option for buying groceries. Alpine needs another grocery store to help compete with this place. The parking at this store is a maze and there aren't enough spaces.
