Absolutely the longest wait I have had to wait for simple meals. It took us 20 minutes to even get our food even when there was alot of people working. Even people that were there after us got their food first. I wouldn’t recommend this place for fast food the food isn’t fast.

Very polite staff and clean restaurant. They were moving like a well trained team!!! The Dixie Hwy location can learn a whole lot from this location if they would listen. I went there during LUNCHTIME RUSH and they had it going on!!! Definitely worth driving from the Dixie Hwy area to the Preston Hwy location to get your food. No nasty attitude’s at this location!! Preston Hwy has Dixie beat!!

You have a line for drive thru almost rapped around the building, so I opted to go on the inside. Maybe it would be quicker! Go in there are umpteen workers falling all over each other but the 2 at the register were bent over on the counter on their phones. It took a while before they acknowledged me! It's just sad how service isn't service anymore. It's like they are doing you a favor for just waiting on you! I'm so over these fast food restaurants, but sometimes you have to use them!😕

Ordering my food and the young lady said if you order this you get 2more pieces of chicken for the same price. Great service. Good food

Service was fine. Not exceptional, but good enough. Tried the chicken wings. Got 12 bbq and 12 hot. The bbq were tasty but the hot wings were not good at all. Super grainy. It was like sand was mixed in with the sauce. Also, $24 for 24 wings, I would expect the wings to have some size on them. On average, a flat was 2 inches from point to point and under an inch thick. Not a good value considering if you want wings, ANY of the wing places around have better tasting and bigger wings for the same quantity and price.
