Worst experience I’ve had, ever, at any fast food joint, anywhere. Rude order taking experience, repeated multiple times but the order was still wrong. Paid for extra sauce, never received. Cajun fries just dumped into the bag, oil instantly seeping through the bag and staining my white shorts. Sandwich was clumsily assembled, thrown into the bag having it come completely apart getting sauce everywhere. I luckily parked right as I got the order so I could see the state of it, throw it away (should have taken a picture) as the garbage it was, and headed over to McDonald’s for great service and an edible meal. The worst part, I’m an extremely friendly person always saying please and thank you and being patient with people. My thank you as the guy annoyingly handed me my food couldn’t even be returned with a you’re welcome or no problem. Just the door slamming in the face.

Chicken wings were juicy and hot. Beans and rice would have been so much better if it had actually been red beans & rice, wasn't the worst I've had. Looking forward to going back.

Service was slow. Only one customer ahead of me that ordered food chicken and I ordered two apple pies they were already pre-made and I waited over 8 minutes to receive two pies. It is annoying to wait that long when the store is not busy employees standing around talking, can put 2 pies in a bag especially since you're giving them to me cold.

Ordered the Shrimp Basket for $6. I really like this location. I’m not a fan of fast food, but Popeyes is close to my job. The three times I’ve been here for lunch, the place is clean, the orders are made quick, and the team seems to LOVE seeing their customers. I walk in and the first thing I hear is “Hi, welcome!!”. When I get to the counter, the cashier is always all smiles, and (I think his name is Jose?) yells from the back saying “hello my friend, good to see you!” EXCELLENT service. That’s exactly how I imagine trips to a fast food restaurant to be. A++

Service is slow when you order a family meal, I would advise on calling in the order in advance for larger meals. The staff was friendly and professional. It's a busy place and they performed very well with how busy they are. The restroom was clean which in my opinion says a lot about the place. Small details matter.
