I just visited this location, and I went through the drive through to place a simple order. The employee who was working the window was not very kind, but I didn’t think too much of it. Once we had already gotten home with our food, mind you, Im a five minute drive from Popeyes, give or take. Every single food item we had got was not just slightly warm, it was genuinely cold. You could tell this food had been sitting in their warmers for way way too long. i cannot make this up. So, we called and asked for our food to be remade, to which they were actually kind about and agreed to. So, we went back, to get our fresh food, even though it shouldn’t have never even been not fresh. Once we get there, the employees are being incredibly rude. There was even a lady in front of us who was claiming the same things that my boyfriend and I were. The workers even brought out french fries to my boyfriend that had been sitting in the warmer and said to him “so this isn’t warm enough for you? this isn’t fresh” to which my boyfriend felt the obviously old and soggy fry and said no. After that they gave us our food, but overall I would not come back here. The customer service was so awful, and I hope that they can improve in this aspect (also maybe improve the freshness and quality of the food 👍🏾) I really hate to leave bad reviews, and I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever done so. It really sucks when the faces of the restaurant scare away new customers.

Cashier was friendly but inattentive, rather than just listen instead of going through the motions, He asked if I wanted the meal and original or spicy for my chicken sandwich when I had already provided him those details. I also gave him the correct change, and he gave me back 60 cents. lol Seemed to be a little bickering going on in the chicken, but my sandwich still came out fresh and hot, though. A definitely, though, a little longer of a wait time than I would have liked. Overall, not the worst experience.

The cashier was pretty nice! But the lady behind the counter in the back preparing our food was absolutely amazing, so sweet and just had an outstanding personality. I’m not sure how to spell her name I think it’s Venida!

No clean tables. Wiped off the one we sat at. Food was warm and dry. Cashier was not focused while we placed our order. We had to correct her then repeat the order.

Tonight was a bad experience at this place . We pulled to the drive thru to order which was taken at 9:43 pm I specifically asked the order taker if it was too late for us to place an order. Her response was "0h no order when you're ready" we pull up with 2 cars in front of us. We waited in line like our order was being prepared in Popeyes chicken fashion. At 10:12 pm a staff member walks to our vehicle and states we are closed now. So you take my full order just to come back and tell me you are closed now. I asked to speak to a manager on duty the employee walked back to the facility and proceeded to mind her business I greatly appreciate this night .
