Waited 15m for fresh chicken for 2 sandwiches. Only to find they didn't know i ordered anything. Then had to wait another approximately 10 minutes for them. No compensation for the mishap of any sort. Not a drink, dessert, or refund hold or partial. Won't be returning. Hopefully you have better luck.

Excellent customer service and food was fast for real and delicious too! The three ladies at the front were very sweet and helpful! Good job ladies (and gentleman if there were some I might have missed in the back) I love when people enjoy their job and do it well and above all make their customers feel appreciated!

Disappointing experience! I stopped by for chicken and was charged for a combo, despite the soda being flat. When I questioned the cashier, she couldn't provide an explanation. I then spoke to someone who appeared to be a manager, but she simply tried to laugh it off. Unacceptable that they charge for something they don't serve and show no concern for the issue. Won't be returning!

Food was cooked very well it actually tasted like popeyes. Too often the food doesn't taste that well but here there was no problem with taste atmosphere was cool 5 minutes wait time

Ordered two can eat for $12.99 plus 6 wings. Asked for 6 wings to be mild they gave extra hot couldn't eat. Total spent $26.00 the sides was small for two people so ordered 2 extra side $9.89 for small. Go order to go got home in the two can eat deal supposedly been 5 piece's of chicken got 2 legs and 3 wings. I couldn't believe they didn't give a breast or thigh. My husband didn't get full for us to spend $26.00
