Consistently slow and rude employees. Displays a 74 score on their restaurant health screening, which recorded present insects and/or animals. Refused to give customer a third refill, despite there being a (broken) soft drink machine in the lobby. Miraculously “out of chicken tenders” for an entire day, or more. In addition, we were given our $50+ order missing a sandwich and side of potatoes. Upon returning to the restaurant, the employee said “I thought y’all were coming back.”

Gross. Health and County inspection. Please close this place down. First and last time to this location. The building is neglected,the weeds are taking over the drive thru. Service is ...gross. Cashier was outside smoking and talking on the phone. Then puts her phone down her shirt! I drove away before ordering. They never came to the window. Just gross all around.

Me and my husband just moved here from FL….We absolutely LOVE Popeyes! But, after just ONE look at this place…..I will wait to travel to get it! This place is DISGUSTING!!!!! This needs to be torn down immediately and perhaps under some new management that will keep it clean and customer friendly for business. Because Lord I see these workers needing to find work soon…..UGGGGH

Where is the OWNER of this place straight disgrace. Can't even get no good chicken or good customer service anymore. WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN 😞. THEY ARE NEVER OPENED VERY RUDE NEVER HAVE NOTHING HOW COULD THIS BE GOING ON BAD AS I BE WANTING THIS CHICKEN. WELL I GUESS ILL HAVE TO GO ALL THE WAY OUT OF TOWN JUST TO GET GOOD CHICKEN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW TO GET IN CONTACT WITH COOPERATION CAUSE MANNNNNN

First, I get to the store and the inside was closed and the drive thru was packed. I got to the window and after sitting there 10 minutes with no one coming to the window I waved down an employee who tells me he was the only worker there and he hadn’t even started on the orders I came to pick up. I then sat 20 more minutes waiting just for the manager to finally come in to work and she was very rude and unprofessional stating that I had to move off her timer as if I hadn’t already been there 30 minutes due to them being understaffed.
