Awesome store - clean and very well stocked. They changed my mobility scooter in minutes including diagnosing the problem. Owner was very informative, showed me the issue and educated me on how batteries don't last well if not used regularly. I googled price and they less than manufacturer and quickly installed and had me back on road in less than 30 minutes. Yamel at front desk was so friendly and had me fell comfy and well cared for.

My husband went in to buy an oxygen machine. He bought it on a Saturday and was told it was brand new. On the way home, he opened it and saw that it was used and dirty. He went back to return it but they had closed. He took it back the following Monday and was charged a $35.00 return fee that he was not made aware of when the product was purchased. We can understand this charge if we had the machine for a while and used it but that was not the case. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to pay the fee. My husband couldn't even talk to the owner as the employee said he would not take any calls. We will definitely never go back to this place to buy anything and encourage anyone who does, to check the product before walking out the door. I can't imagine how much money this place has made selling used products as new and then charging $35.00 when it was returned. That's paying $35.00 and getting nothing.

I always rent here! They're the best. They are so easy to deal with , they care about their clients, they do whatever they can to help. The mobility scooters work perfectly and for a great price. We rent every time we go to Disneyland with the family thank you Marvin job well done they even deliver to hotel.

Rented a transport chair for two months for a family member. That family member passed so I returned the chair 6 weeks early. They refused to refund and I was not told this otherwise I would have only rented by the week. So for rentals don’t you just pay for the time rented? Why am I penalized for prepaying. Non return of non used time should not be given to you. That is stealing. You stole from me. Your employee had a very non caring attitude. Really bad business and will never use this company again.

This place is great! We were here out of town for Disneyland and my Mom broke her leg. We called the store and came down. Yamel was very helpful and patient showing me how to use the wheelchair and accessories needed. Everything was setup and ready to go when we were done! Highly recommend.
