I shopped at Plum Market in Ann Arbor this morning and had a simply wonderful experience with one of the employees. Great photographers say “it’s people, not places!”. Every one of its staff members are incredible; however, I need to single out one of them for recognition. At the Deli today, Cam was truly exceptional . Kind, informative and conversational, Cam was a delight to deal with. He represents the very best of Plum Market. Rarely in retail do you come across an individual with professionalism, hard work and genuine customer concern. Thank you Cam for making my day! David R. Klubeck

I had an exceptional experience shopping at Plum Market. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a clean, well-organized space that felt inviting. The selection of high-quality, organic produce was impressive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive range of specialty foods and local products. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, readily available to answer any questions and guide me through my shopping journey. I particularly appreciated the wine selection, curated with care and offering a variety of options to suit different preferences and budgets. Moreover, the checkout process was smooth and efficient, making the entire shopping experience hassle-free. Plum Market has definitely set a high standard for grocery shopping, and it's a place I will happily return to. Five stars all the way!

Decent amount of specialty foods. But extremely over priced. Also, I am a frequent shopper there, but today I feel I was being profiled and watched. They acted as if I didn't belong in the store, or that I was getting steel. I'm extremely upset and will not plan on coming back.

The manager here needs to be more concerned about actually running the place rather than yelling at customers for putting boxes back on the box pile near the exit door. Extremely rude and I’ve never had this problem at another Plum Market. The glass/can return was also full at opening time so I had to sit and wait for them to empty it, when that should have been done before opening.

Great for fruit tarts and other bakery treats! It’s a bit pricey; however, the quality is excellent and so is the taste! The pizzas are delicious too ! The wine selection is primo ! The young man knew exactly where to look when I asked him: Do you sell chilled Prosecco!?
