First time eating here experience; walking in the atmosphere is great, staff is friendly and they are quick to get your dirty plates off the table. The pizza is very bland, there is a decent size salad bar for all you salad lovers with many options, fried chicken seemed to be a hit with our group. Our kids of course loved the fun zone and their credits seemed to go further than most arcades. Overall I'm not in any hurry to go back and probably won't for awhile, just wasn't worth the money spent as far as quality and taste of the food.

Ryleigh R was a perfect server. Very welcoming, quick & asked us if we were wanting anything specific from the buffet. Service at many restaurants in the corridor has plummeted in the last year. It was very refreshing going to Pizza Ranch last Sunday.

2nd time we been here. Our first time was a great experience, food was great and all. But this time is sucked. Food was straight up trash, I'd been better off taking my kids to a dumpster. When we went in the pizza was almost cold and almost empty with nothing fresh. My oldest was getting more pizza before we left. she wanted some taco pizza and they pulled it off as she was goin up to it, they shut the pop machine off way B4 they closed so we couldn't get nothing to drink to finish our food. I'm really disappointed with the staff and who ever was cooking. Some of it wasn't even fully cooked. Just all around bad experience

Ordered wings and chips, the wings were incredibly small and had very little Buffalo sauce on them. The chips weren't all cooked and were clumped together. Was not impressed and won't order this again

Used to be one of the best pizzas in town, hot & delicious, great value. Price has risen! The last 3 were cold and the last 2 under cooked, despite my voiced concern. 3 strikes, Pizza Ranch is out!
