I went in on 6/14/16 to ask for a wheel lock key since mine had been stolen at bravo Chevrolet repair place and Max helped me out really well!! He and the team in the service department helped me with my issue!! They were extremely friendly and helpful and made me regret the decision of going to bravo. I highly recommend these guys (I don't know the names of the guys who helped me). I especially recommend speaking to max, the service advisor. Really great men there! Did I mention they give free car washes? We all need one every once in a while. You guys are the best!! Thanks so much.
We went to Pick Poe to get the free oil change and rotation and we couldn't because they said we had no Jeep warranty maintenance we would have to pay for it, and it is a new car. They said go back to Dealer Jack Key in Las Cruces, NM. They sold us a 3rd party extended warranty which Jeep will not honor. I went to JK and they denied ever hearing anything about a Jeep warranty plan called Mopar, and they can't do anything as the Jack Key was bought out by Pitre. I want our money back on this bogus warranty. I am going to Dick Poe and hopefully they can fix it and we will have all our services done at Dick Poe. Some older heavy sales man was rude and treated me like I was stupid and my husband should come in and talk to him. If i cold give no stars would.
2012 Nissan Sentra SR 40,000 miles Bose speakers stolen and switched out with blown speakers. iPod port and the console tray are also missing. I have no idea what else may have been done to this vehicle. And this was after the new change in ownership. Avoid this place like the plague. We only wanted to get a lost key replaced. 300$ We drove it 5 miles home from the dealer and it sat for sale for four weeks. It wouldn't start. We had it towed back to the dealer to fix it again. They wanted to replace the computer and key antenna for 900$. We complained to corporate and the dealership did not want to honor corporates 50% parts discount until we complained again. So the car sat even longer until the price was agreed to. I complained about the parts missing after we noticed a couple days after pick up but it was ignored. A complete nightmare dealing with these people. I figure they'll never believe us about the missing parts so the only positive to come out of this would be to share our story so others are aware.
What am AMAZING experience! This is the first time that by the time I came back from the test drive all my paperwork was ready to sign! The guys working here are all about the customer service and really willing to work with you. Reno is the man to see when you're looking for your next car!!
Formerly Jack Key Nissan of Las Cruces is now Nissan of Las Cruces. I took my vehicle in for a clunking/screeching sound after owning it for 2.5 years. The transmission had to be replaced and this took 3 weeks. When I finally got my vehicle back they gave it back to me damaged and said I signed a form acknowledging these damages. They gave me a copy of this form WITH MY SIGNATURE FORGED. AND NOT ONLY WAS THIS DOCUMENT FORGED, MY NAME WAS SPELLED WRONG! Now I am filing a lawsuit for damages and forgery. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY FOR SERVICES OF ANY SORT. The service and quality is horrible and they will forge signatures!
