CHEATED ME OUT OF MY MONEY/YOGURT! I asked for a medium frozen yogurt and the girl filled it so that it was hollow on the inside. Pretty much gave me the equivalent to a small. That's just so low and RUDE! They don't do it based on weight, they just have a set price and they serve you. Also they shouldn't advertise flavors if they don't have them. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. 😡😡😡
Had 2 hour delay. Watched client after client walk up. Wait 4-5 mins for someone to walk out of the back to help them and then left. They probably lost 75-80 orders over this time period.
Don’t bother. First, nobody was minding the store. After waiting about 5 minutes, I was about to leave when the attendant sauntered back in from somewhere else in the terminal. Her shirt was soiled. She said they were out of all but two flavors (which were different from what the temporary sign said was available). Their card machine was not working, so it was cash only. The attendant was nice enough, which is the only good thing I have to say.
It's an airport pinkberry so the selection isn't like a normal pinkberry store. Options are limited to 2 flavors but that is expected from an airport store. They have plenty of options for toppings. The store is located in terminal A and isn't too bad of a walk from the tram. If you have time I would definitely try this place out.
Really quick and kind service. Also a really good smoothie. A little pricey, but we're in an airport so most things are.
