30 years ago I bought a pick up here and never went back because it was a bad experience. We stopped and Paul talked to us and seemed like a different attitude, we did buy a Lincoln. But in the end it was another bad experience. Paul and Brad were good to work with, they are why the rating is this high. They should be extremely embarrassed to send a vehicle off the lot in this condition. Gas tank empty, oil black, air filter black and full of feathers and leaves, cabin air filter a mess, interior not detailed at all very dirty, tire with air leak, broken AC vent in rear, missing spare tire hold down and hub cap removal tool. Besides low balling our trade I am sure they dirtied it up so their customers don't expect too much. It was light years cleaner than theirs. To send a vehicle out in this condition they obviously don't care at all about customer service or return business. Their answer to all this was $100 on Lincoln Way account, which is maybe $50 if I Use it there. The dealership I have used the last 30 years would never send a vehicle out in this condition, I'm going back there.
Service department got the recall and regular maintenance done quickly on our ‘17 Fusion. Thank you.
