Simply the most inconvenient credit union I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had way too many issues over the time I’ve had an account with them. Right now their website is down due to an “upgrade” and the atm won’t even let me get $500 out which is the max limit you can withdraw. I’m switching to somewhere different first thing Monday morning.

Had the pleasure of working with Dorie Rickard to assist my daughter and get a loan for her first car. Dorie was so friendly, helpful and professional! She made a life changing event smooth and a great rate to boot! My daughter will be a member for years to come!

Filled out a Will to get notarized. Took it in to their notary. This rude, blonde old bitty didn’t greet us. She walks right passed us and sits in her office. She said she couldn’t notarize it because she couldn’t “verify to the best of her knowledge” that we are of sound mind. And because the paper didn’t have an official notary seal on it. I asked her if she had an example of this mysterious “seal” and she said “I can’t find it in my book.” Some people are just absolute careless idiots. We had to rearrange our entire schedule with our 6 month old and work to come down there only to be denied by some rude, clueless, nitwit… The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because a dark-haired lady at the front was so warm and welcoming and kind to us and our baby. As for the other miserable joke of a “notary”…don’t even waste your time…she just needs to retire.

Ms. Tomica Williams is the teller that made my decision and my experience that awarded her 5 stars on her pleasant greetings and professionalism. I did not noticed a changed in her character to receive below 5 stars. She has exemplified an immutable character every time I observed her. She is my favorite teller.

Walked in at 9am, saw sign that said shared members must use drive thru window. Was already inside and no one was at the drive thru or inside with 3 tellers looking at me. Had to go back outside and go through the drive thru. You would think that they would treat shared members the same as maybe one day we would open accounts with them. Not the case. On the other hand the tellers always give great service. Whoever makes policy should rethink this one.
