Gas station witbh convenient store
Easy in-and-out gas station with entrances from both 12th and Rockford. Plus a really nice car wash with a guy that washes your windshields and even if you pay for the cheapest car wash ($7), it still does a great job with no need for the high dollar one. And you can add it to your gas fill up and pay 10 cents cheaper per gallon for your fuel. Sweet deal! They also have a great small grocery store with clean restrooms.
