Sitting in a20 waiting for my international flight to Dublin, Ireland and literally the place is a dirty mess. Rugs are dirty garbage everywhere. No employees are even trying to pick up anything. They're just walking by it. Very disappointed in this American airport.
Parking is off-site and you need to catch the airport shuttle to and from the terminal. Food options are ok for a quick bite. TSA was a breeze each time. Mostly, 10 minutes to get through but of course give yourself plenty of time, just in case.
The rudest TSA I've ever experienced. Extremely disorganized and didn't know how to use their words to tell you what they want you to do. They also assume you know their rules about what needs to come out of bags, go in bins, etc.
It was really a great experience when I was hovering above the city for the first time. Till these days I used to land in Atlantic but for the time I came this way. I was all together amazed with the kind of people I encountered. Everyone were helpful and were cordial to me. Immigration was really fast and no time i did spend in the queue. I could see people from all parts of the world checking in here.
I went to Philly Airport for first time. Had a great experience. The security was a breeze and I got to my gate in literally 5 min. Clean environment and parking was a breeze also. I definitely will be using philly airport again.
