The store is always nice, fresh, and clean! The employees are very friendly and helpful! I love the grooming services for the pets, the groomers are professional and friendly! I hope they get another cat groomer soon, I have 2 that I'd love to bring there. I also have 1 dog and he loves them there! The rewards program isn't bad either.

The fish associate was very helpful and offered to check in the back for additional aquariums and was able to find one that I was looking for. The checkout person was Extremely helpful. There was a sale tag on the aquariums that I bought but I didn't read the small print that said the sale date had ended. The tanks were essentially half price and that is why I chose to buy them. The checkout person did a little digging online and found that the same item was on sale at pets mart and she was able to match their sale price. This really helped me out. We have now purchased over 50 aquariums (but the clerk didn't know that) and I was impressed that she went out of her way, above and beyond to help me.

This is the only store I use to get my Tugz whatever he needs. Lately I've switched my dog to Gentle Giants dog food which has been the best move I've made for him regarding his diet. His allergies have been cut down to a minimum, his itching is all but gone, he eats less because the all natural fills him up like it should, he's regular all the way around and the best part is a 30lb bag lasts him for over 2 months. If you have been wanting to try it but are not sure, take it from a guy that has the most sensitive dog in the world and he loves it. I'll be back in 2 more months to refill.

Got a call last night around 6:00 cancelling my dog’s appt because of internal issues (groomer got fired) and being a holiday week couldn’t fit me in until after the holiday. I stopped in and spoke with the manager, and it’s now clear to me after speaking with him where they all get their lack of professionalism! Done with Petco completely!

Overall I have never had a pleasant experience with the staff members at this store, with the exception of two women that work in the grooming department. The check-out employees are incredibly rude without fail…to include the “GM” James. I will not shop there again, nor would I recommend to others!
