Friendly helpful staff that loves animals. Their self serve dog wash station is great saves your back and keeps all the mess out of your house

I like this store, it's convenient for me and they always have what I need. The prices are generally comparable to the other big chains, but the cat food I get is often on sale. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Awful if I could give 0 i would. I have scheduled my dog twice to get a full service Groom, the first time they called me the day of and said the groomer wasn't coming in. Ok so I set another appointment for tomorrow and guess what they don't have a groomer scheduled so she can get a bath but no haircut. I have my confirmation email for a full service so if uour not going to schedule someone dont offer the date. And then to call and absolutely no solution given just yea there isnt anything I can do. Awful im done il bring my business elsewhere cause clearly they could care less.

I'm usually only looking for fish when I stop by, they've got those at decent prices. It isn't my go to for aquaria, but what they offer is compatible to the other major chains. I think their loyalty program is worth signing up for if you're going to make it a regular place.
