During all of the times I have shopped at stores, this has to be one of best experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The manager who I believe is named Gee Wiz offered great recommendations and outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment. All the hot sauces were wonderful and he gave me the best deals. If you want quality hot sauces and spices, you NEED to come to this location or any location, you will be treated well!

My first experience with this location was above and beyond my expectations. When the Arundel Mills location closed, this was one of the only alternative stores I could go to. One of the sales managers, I believe it was Gee Wiz ensured our experience was memorable. He not only ensured that we got bang for our buck. He also ensured that our purchases were satisfactory and up to our standard. I would come back anytime my hot sauce supply is low. I know I will be treated with the highest customer service standards. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful.

I just left Pepper Palace and I am most impressed with Delores C’s EXCELLENT customer service. From the start to end of my time in store today, Delores was simply amazing. She has outstanding customer service & attention to detail, very knowledgeable about the products, and truly cares about customers. She’s truly a gem and her excellent customer service was refreshing. I ended up buying more items than expected, because she was so knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. I’ll be coming back, just off of the great experience she provided me today. THANK YOU DELORES! 😊

As a new resident of the harbor, it was so cool to meet a staff as welcoming as Delores and the gang at Pepper Palace. Delores answered all of my questions expertly and I left with some of the best sauces and rubs I’ve ever cooked with. 10/10 experience and will be a repeat customer.

My boyfriend (an avid hot source guru) & I went to the Pepper Palace & left not disappointed. My boyfriend loves anything with heat and with the guy who helped us he left not disappointed. As for myself, they had some pickled, hot green beers which i was over the moon to make a Bloody Mary with; also they had the delicious hot sauce provided for the oyster house across the street! If you’re looking for a place with some hot sauces, spices, and some other things you won’t leave disappointed! Can’t wait to make another stop :)
