Was having horrible logistic problems trying to move out of the area. Lucas provided exemplary service and dedication to helping me sort things out, to the point where I consider it an act of heroism. The truck is great as well. Highly recommend.

Be a 0 of possible. Rented a unit for moving from one house to another. Returned it 45 minutes late. I even called and was told don't worry about it, it is fine. Recently went in and found out that Karla put me on the Do Not Rent list and I owed another 108 dollars. When I went in she was extremely rude and more worried about flirting with the other man in the room. This place is terrible, do not rent from here. RIPOFF. I have let the commander of drum know and hopefully this place will be blacklisted

The customer service I received at the Watertown store was top notch. Super accommodating and just easy to work with. Would definitely recommend, a new 16' from upsate NY to north FL through every winter road conditions to torrential rain the truck handled great.

Not great poor service and have you do computer trash then they don't fix truck and one guy said one thing and other guy said other yet d.o.t red flag truck then they wake!!!!

If your a business looking to rent or lease go elsewhere. Service department is a joke they can't fix anything and when you ask for a manager they have you call the district service manager and he won't answer the phone or call you back. Units are junk and broke down more than fixed. Rental is good but don't ask for a manager they don't have one. Renter/leasee beware Penske is a joke. Go to Ryder Enterprise or even Uhaul. Stay far far away from all Penske locations.
