Do you want to be stranded on the side of the highway for 2-3 hours in the middle of nowhere Nebraska? Do you want to get almost side-swiped by a semi-truck while waiting for a tow truck on the side of the highway? Do you want to get towed for 4.5 hours to get to your destination? If yes to all, you came to the right place! I was fairy disappointed with the outcome of my rental. I completely understand if it was tire puncture from running over anonymous objects, however, this was 100% preventable on Penske side. You can see from the pictures that the tire on passenger side has delaminated (not punctured). 2 more photo shows driver side tire that is degrading and "acceptable" to be rented out. The worst part about this was that the truck was supposedly "serviced" recently according to the service log. The destination Penske location in my final destination was a big help and made it right. This is the exact quote from Penske website: "Then choose the right truck for you from the newest, best-maintained rental trucks on the road." - My truck had 78k miles, tire was worn out that it delaminated.

Wes, Nick and Sage - but especially Wes, all went above and beyond to help me get a truck (and not just A truck but the specific size I needed to ensure we could park it in our spot in the city to load it) after ABYSMAL experiences with both Budget and U-Haul left me, last minute, without my long standing reservations for a big cross country move. All these young men were kind, easy going and professional. A sharp contrast to the customer service I experienced at the other aforementioned businesses. They were even able to get me what I needed a few days ahead of our departure date which is allowing me to actually take a deep breath and focus on saying goodbye to a place I've known for 20 years and prepare for a huge life transition, instead of waiting on tenderhooks for a "probably not gonna have a truck for your reservation - oops - nothing we can do - good luck" panic of "now what do we do!?!?" I was facing with their "competitors." I use that word lightly, because my experience was on a totally differnet level with Penske. They can't even begin to compete. If you are on the fence about possible spending a little more for a Penske truck, if that's what it comes down to - don't hesitate. The only reason I didn't initially go with them, despite a few friends suggesting them, was that the quote was a little higher and I figured "they have to all be the same right? So might as well save some money" WRONG. They are NOT all the same. The peace of mind and respectful, HUMAN customer service is worth every penny in an of itself. Moving is already hugely stressful. The team at this location only made that reality LESS stressful where the other two created nothing but stress confusion and frustration that was enough to start pulling your hair out. THANK YOU!!!! I will be a life long Penske fan because of this.

Most seamless and easy car rental I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly and helpful. Got me in and out really quick. I will definitely be using Penske for all my future truck rentals. Can’t speak highly enough of them! - Emily Welsher
