It was fine, but it took a lot longer to check in and do all the paperwork, considering I had done it all online already, and some of the figures didn't match. Preferable to U-Haul, though. When you make a reservation, it is a real reservation in that they hold the truck for you.

Besides the employee being rude, because we wanted to rent a Truck. The truck didn’t have AC. We asked for a manager to call us about the employee being rude. It has been 5 days , and still have not heard from her. This was the 1st and last time we rent from Penske.
This place has served me this the ABSOLUTE WORST Penske experience. The truck was OLD and in substandard condition. And when returning the truck, the girl from the location kept calling and PESTERING me to the point where I had to scream at her and hang up the phone on her. Customer service ranks up there with McDonald's is is HORRIBLE
