Great service. The most convenient place to rent a truck or moving van in Athens! They always have trucks readily available. I have used them on both short and long haul moving.

I went to pick up my truck on moving day and was informed if I paid in cash I needed to put down a $100 deposit. I was not informed of this before that morning and lost my truck. They would not work with me or help me whatsoever to try and resolve the issue. I even called and spoke with a manager on the penske 1800 phone number. Horrible experience. Made my moving day way more stressful then it needed to be. I suggest using Uhaul. They saved me and made my moving day a lot nicer and easier. I wouldn't rent from penske now even if they offered to pay me to use their trucks. Just awful, nasty, stressful experience.

The process to check out was a little long, but the real issue is that the reservation system online gave me a different quote from what I got upon arrival. You're much better off finding movers with a truck or maybe Uhaul.

Angel is absolutely awesome ! I would not rent from Penske if I had to go anywhere else ! Top Dawg and Angel make sure the customer is taken care of when you rent !

The agent in brooksville Florida didn't hesitate to give me the size truck needed for my trip to Georgia, even though it was reserved for someone else. Nice guy.
