after i make my 10 minute or more line when I was about to order the lady is skipping me for some delta employee. i ask the lady why was she skipping me that I have a flight to Cath to what she replied "I don't care she works here " I explained that I was not seeing no employees lines the she shouldn't do that. but she refuses to take my order so I left the place. it's really uncomfortable when people play with your time and disrespect you at the same time. i went and spend my money in another place since it was not freee

I was so happy to find Peet’s coffee before boarding the flight but it was very average . Coffee was like water . No flavor .. was expensive too. Service was good but I wish the coffee tasted like the REAL PEETs coffee ..

With 30+ people in line, they have one poor employee who is taking orders, payments, making drinks, operating the oven, and troubleshooting the kiosk that does not work. He does his best as fast as he can and I felt sorry for him. Peet's should be ashamed of the long wait times and the fact that this location is grossly understaffed.

I was very disappointed in my choice. They make coffee not as expected, the frappe coffee cup is extremely bad and loose. I hope they read this comment to improve with their bartending.

Poor service. They saw me. Ignored me and went to the back. Several minutes later after a manager came and asked if anyone came out, he told one of the Server to come out. She then stood in front of cups and adjusted her bra for a few minutes. Then talked for another few minutes to a coworker. I know airport service is bad, but this is by far one of the worst.
