I came in for a quick gift on my layover in Denver today, I was greeted by employee Andrea when I entered the store. The store was clean and things that I looked at all had prices on them. They offer a vast selection of snacks, souvenirs, and drinks at affordable prices. The checkout line went fast, just know they charge ten cents for a bag.

I looked all over the internet for corporate phone number to call and make a complaint could not find a number or email. if you are paying with cash watch it, the clerks are smooth. they tried not to give me my full amount change back. I had to ask for it and a receipt.

Well stocked shop of all kinds of gifts. Snacks and drinks also available.

Extremely rude staff. Walked up to a locked gate before the store opened to a disgruntled woman and asked her if she knew what time they opened. She said “no, the cranky employee inside told me she opens when she’s done mopping. Could be 5 minutes, could be 20.” 5 minutes later the woman asked the employee again if she would be open soon because her flight was about to board and was ignored so she walked away angry. I finally walked in when she opened and asked if she was ready for shoppers and she ignored me and continued stocking the water bottles. So I shopped quickly, she rang me out and I left. Nobody likes being at the airport before 5am, but nobody needs to be rude about it like that.

I asked to exchange hat after I purchased which was $1.95 different. Cashier was rude and didn’t credit me back correctly so now I bought 3 hats and only came home with one hat. I have also called with no return call.
