The food is perfect to take home and make better yourself. I could have found 30 higher quality potstickers for the price that they charge for 6. Forgot the side of rice with chow mein (which is pretty much solely bean sprouts) and the fried rice seems to be rice, soy sauce, and... not much else. The chicken could be from those rubber chickens that you shoot at people in grade school. Seemed like nice people, hopefully they make up for it but I’ll be exploring other options in walla walla for now.

I will never order from here again. I placed an online delivery order and 30 minutes after my order was suppose to arrive I finally got through after 50 call attempts to find out they had one delivery driver who took 15 orders out at once. After another 30 minutes I called back to cancel explaining I didn’t want to pay $30 for cold food. It’s too bad they can’t get it together. That being said the lady on the phone was very nice and refunded my order with no problem.

VERY disappointed! My nephew and his wife drove from Clarkston to spend the night. PE’s on-line menu had a “Print menu” option so I did, twice. First with 8 1/2 x 11 paper. The bottom of the menu was cut off. So I put in 8 1/2 x 14 paper and adjusted the printer appropriately. Second time the bottom was cut off. When they arrived we studied the menus and chose what we wanted — one of the dinners for 4 people. With great anticipation I called their phone number. Their mail box was full. My nephew also tried their phone number and got the same message. Over a year ago I had tried to call in an order and got that same message. After reading the other reviews it’s probably a good thing we weren’t able to get through. Who knows when it would have arrived!!! We went to Clarette’s were greeted by the friendly staff, and ate our delicious meals. PE is off my list of restaurants to go to forever!

The delivery driver was super nice. We asked him why there was such a long wait time (1 hour 30 minutes) and he explained. Very polite driver, doing the best he can. I think the people inside the store need to have better communication with customers. We attempted to call but it went straight to voicemail. CHECK YOUR VOICEMAILS..OR at least answer your phones YOUR driver will get the worst side of every customer.
