Guys are usually nice here, but they don't stand behind their products. Bought a couple of butane lighters which both do not work after only a short time owning them. Seems their butane lighters stop working after you refill them. Asked to replace first lighter, which they did. After telling them about the replacement lighter also failing and showing it to them, they refused to refund money or exchange it for a working one. Highly suggest people NOT buy any butane lighters here since they don't stand behind the faulty products they sell. You'll just be throwing your money away.

They are Awesome! I needed a piece for my vape , they didn't have what I needed, but he took the part from one they had on the shelf. They are always willing to help. I couldn't ask for better service and their prices are great.

Went into the store to buy a single bottle of vape juice that has 6mg nicotine. They don’t know what 6mg is and can’t work the card reader right , charge my card twice at $24.58 would not give me my money back got the Secondary bottle after about 35 minutes later and ya ...(hint) LOOK AT BANK Transactions and ready all boxes.

They were very helpful when I broke a friend's piece of glass. I had no ideal what it was for but they listen and picked out a replacement glass for me to take back to my friend and she was so happy. It was a tenth of the price she thought it would be. She couldn't believe it.
