Ordered and paid for couches to be delivered to our wedding venue at the JW Marriott on Marco Island. The couches never showed up to our event. Our coordinator provided them when a map of the location but when they arrived the delivery people didn't have this information. Unfortunately they didn't reach out to me and delivered them to the wrong wedding at the same venue. I reached out to them to ask for a refund and was essentially told they delivered them and it wasn't their fault. Very disappointing. FOLLOW UP: My husband called back in late December 2021 to have a "civil" conversation as requested. Was told the owner wasn't there and he'd call him back. Still waiting for that call back and it's now April 2022. Not very professional. October 2023: Still no call, still no refund.

Party Time Rentals and Special Events are hands down the best event rental company in the area. They are truly amazing to work with and really care about your event. They have unbelievable customer service. They truly go above and beyond. I have called for last minute items needed and no matter what, they find a way to make sure I have what I need. Everything they have is in great shape and very high quality. Its hard to find people that genuinely care, but this team does!

This event center is the greatest! I shopped around at other event party centers, and had no help from their staff. Also, didn't see the quality of things I needed for my event. At party time they took their time tp help me decide and set up my event, these two woman, Brandy and Sabrina are the greatest. They reasonable priced and the quality of there supplies and their equipment surpasses all other competitors. Can't thank them enough, ...my event turned out so elegant everyone was just astonished.

Party Time Rentals is the best around! The team is incredible and they are all so helpful and professional! From start to finish they helped me with everything I needed and more. They went out of their way to make sure my party was the best! Even though I wasn’t sure exactly where to begin they helped me every step of the way! I would never use any other company ever! Thank you Party Time You’re The BEST!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Party Time Rentals. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed for a great party. Thanks for making my event stress free. I greatly appreciate you all and look forward to working with you again in the future!
