Paid in advance on Parkwhiz to reserve a spot in this garage from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, when I arrived they told me I could not park there unless I return at 5:00 pm to pick up my car. I knew I wouldn't be back by 5:00 pm so I had to park somewhere else. The attendant said they have been closing at 5:00 pm since last year, but their own website also lists the hours until 8:00 pm! Extremely dissatisfied, especially since I didn't have time to find another garage and got a parking ticket when my meter ran out. And yes, it was this garage at this address. The parking attendant confirmed.
The attendant (officer Barnes) was extremely helpful when we couldn’t get our car out of the garage across the street. Will definitely park here instead next time.
