Broken gate/Entrance. Kiosk person couldn't give directions to alternate entrance, just told me to leave even though I had prepaid for parking. Awful experience, do not recommend reserving a spot. Park at other garage options if possible.
Ev chargers at level 3. Charging rate is slow at 1 kWh. If you’re here for global entry interview, then take the underground walk way and stick to the right. The global entry office will be all the way to the right at the end of the baggage claim past baggage claim 15.
The worst parking experience I've ever had at an airport. Multiple exit lanes (yes, I tried various) would not read my ticket. When I called for an attendant, they assured me that someone would be right out. No one came. This story repeated itself for 35 minutes. When the attendant finally came, she couldn't get it to work either. I spent 20 minutes parked here, and an additional 40 trying to get out. Avoid this garage at all costs!
There is plenty of parking with various elevators. The access to the airport terminal underground is very convenient.
It's fine. Wish it had individual open space indicators though.
